24 Carat Gold

A celebration of opulence, texture and modern glamour — 24 Carat Gold is a couture-inspired editorial shoot created in our Etchingham studio, designed to feel timeless, indulgent and unapologetically luxurious.

This concept explores gold in its purest visual form: rich, molten, reflective. The first chapter of the shoot centres on the body as sculpture, using sprayed gold body paint, applied in the same way as a professional tan, to create a flawless, luminous finish. The result is smooth, even and radiant — skin transformed into liquid metal.

Details elevate the look further through the use of gold leaf, carefully applied to catch the light and add depth, texture and artisanal refinement. Select gold jewellery is used as a highlight rather than an accessory — accentuating lines, movement and form, and bringing a couture edge to every frame.

The second chapter moves into a dreamlike gold pool environment — an immersive set built with flowing fabrics, reflective surfaces and gold floral props. The mood softens but remains powerful: gold flowers drift and frame the subject, creating a sense of modern mythology and high-fashion fantasy. Think liquid gold meets a couture garden.

Stylistically, this shoot draws inspiration from Vogue editorials and the sensual confidence of J’adore Dior — elegant, cinematic and refined rather than loud. Clean composition, sculptural posing and exquisite light ensure the gold enhances rather than overwhelms, keeping the imagery modern and editorial.

Shot in Etchingham, East Sussex, this project reflects our passion for creating fashion-forward imagery with a distinctly luxury finish. Every element — from lighting and body application to set design — is intentional, crafted to produce images that feel at home in the pages of a high-end fashion magazine.
